Hi everyone! Today, I’m sharing with you some cards that I created with my Cricut Explore Air 2. Don’t know what a Cricut is??? Then let’s talk.
A Cricut Explore Air 2 is an electronic die cutting machine. I have had some version of a Cricut machine for over 15 years. I {heart} this machine! One of the best things about the whole system is the ability to design crafts. And that’s what I did with each of these cards.

This Merry card was just a single, flat image. I was able to resize the image to make it fit on an A2 (4 1/4 x 5 1/2) card base. So simple! I actually created the “Merry” sentiment in another software and uploaded it to Cricut Design Space.

Each of the glitter ornaments shown was also a single flat image. Because they are round, I could see that I could design a shaped card base to go along with these detailed images. By slightly overlapping 2 circles and welding them together, I was able to create a card base that matched the detailed images perfectly. And just as before, I created the “Santa” image in another software and uploaded it into Cricut Design Space.

If you are like me, you may like to see how people make things. So I have made a video of me making these cards and it is up on my YouTube Channel for your viewing pleasure! You can find the link to my channel in the menu on the right.
As a welcome gift for stopping by my new blog, I am sharing the Cricut Design Space cut file for the cards and the SVG cuts for the sentiments for FREE! Just click below to grab them!

If you create these cards, I would love to see how you use the file and sentments. So tag me on Social Media so I can check out your creations.
Enjoy!
